INVESTIGATING ARCHAEOLOGY SITES

For this assignment you will be taking o the roll of an Archaeologist exploring the ruins of the Greek Ship to the right OR the Spanish burial below. In this activity you will want to:
  1. Trace/Freehand the Archaeological Site in your graphing notebook. (details count in science & history) 
  2. Write a paragraph description of the archaeological site, discussing what you SEE. 
  3. Inspect & label the artifacts you see on the site.
  4. Write about what you THINK about the site, and explain why you think that, what evidence do you have to support these thoughts.
  5. Do research into the artifacts and their uses/importance.
  6. Combine  your thoughts to write a conclusion about the ship and its purpose.
